Pricing & GST

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. TLMTT trading as The Little Marionette will issue a tax invoice for all purchases.

Site Access

When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.

The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools. The licence also does not permit you to meta tag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your meta tag or mirroring of our website.

Orders

The Little Marionette has sole discretion to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order. The Little Marionette has sole discretion to accept or reject any order cancellation request. The Little Marionette expressly reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any order placed and/or paid for.

If you have entered into a subscription arrangement to receive coffee on a regular basis (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) you agree that your subscription will continue until such time as it is cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so prior to 11.59 pm at least one business day prior to your next scheduled delivery.

This website may from time to time contain hyperlinks to other websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and we take no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked website. Any hyperlink on our website to another website does not imply our endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that website nor of the information and/or products which they provide.

You may link our website with our consent. Any such linking will be entirely your responsibility and at your expense. By linking, you must not alter any of our website contents including any intellectual property notices and you must not frame or reformat any of our pages, files, images, text or other materials.

Privacy Policy

We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.

TLMTT will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose. We will use this information to process your order and provide you with mail subscription updates. We do not store credit card information, unless required to do so. Under law we do not keep a record of user IP addresses.

Registered Users

In order to access the services provided on this website, you have the option to become a registered user. To complete registration you must provide certain information as set out on our membership/registration page.

You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.

On registration, we provide you with a password. We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

Method of Payment

We accept ApplePay, Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping & Pickup

TLMTT uses Auspost for postage worldwide. Parcels are usually delivered in 2-10 business days, however, delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points. 

Pickup is from our Roastery located at 26D Mansfield Street (at the bottom of the driveway!) in Rozelle, NSW 2039. Pickup orders can only be collected from this location and cannot be arranged to be collected from another location. 

Cancellation Policy

Sorry, orders can’t be cancelled once processing has commenced, after which refer to our returns policy. For any technical issues around order placement, contact info@lilm.com.au

Returns Policy

If you received coffee that was not as per your order (eg wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it as quickly as possible. Please let us know via info@lilm.com.au.

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we will exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance). For applicable returns, please contact info@lilm.com.au with your name, purchase order and reason for the return.

Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to The Little Marionette, 26D Mansfield Street, Rozelle NSW 2039. Goods must returned in their packaging.

Repairs & Servicing

Shipping costs for repairs under warranty are not included. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to The Little Marionette. 

Labour costs for repairs may not be covered under some warranties.

Repair services are charged at a minimum of $59.95 (ex GST) per product.

The customer is liable for all costs associated with servicing equipment that is out of warranty. These costs include postage, labour, and parts.

Prior to any repairs being carried out, the customer will be advised of final service costs. Servicing will not be finalised until these service costs have been approved by the customer. If any additional issues arise during testing, the customer will be advised of amended costs. Servicing will not proceed until this amended service cost has been approved by the customer.

For all repairs, please allow up to 12 business days for completion.

A product will be deemed repaired/serviced, once it is operating within a manufacturing tolerance.

The Little Marionette shall not be responsible for any damages incurred or goods lost during transport to and from our warehouse. This includes all returns, repairs, and servicing, whether under warranty or out of warranty.

Sales & Promotions

Sales & Promotions Offer Goods run for the duration of the Offer Period unless sold out earlier. No Offer can or will be extended beyond the end date and time regardless of circumstances. All Offers must be paid for in full prior to the order being dispatched or collected; orders made using the PayPal payment method must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase otherwise TLMTT reserves the right to cancel said order and make the Offer available to other buyers.

No Lay-bys are available on Offer Goods for the Offer Period at the Offer Price. Offer Goods are for the item/s shown in images and as described. Offer Goods available to each order/purchase is limited to quantity as promoted with the Offer, if no quantity limit is promoted the quantity is limited to the amount of stock available at the time of purchase.

No Sales/Promotion Rain Checks

If TLMTT has sold out of, or is temporarily out of stock, of any item of Offer Goods during the Offer Period, then TLMTT reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount in full, no rain checks are available unless the Offer is promoted as a Backorder or Order in Advance.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Product Returns

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.

We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in New South Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
