Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for Australia-wide shipping. Over Australia Post's long history, their social purpose and commitment to the community has remained the same; to create connections and opportunities that matter to every Australian, and it’s completely in line with our values as a company.

Here are a few of the questions we frequently get asked:

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping starts from $12.95. Total shipping costs depends on the total weight of your order and will be calculated at the checkout stage. 

When will my parcel be shipped?

We endeavour to ship all parcels booked before 12pm the next day (business days only, we don’t work weekends, sorry!). However, in the unlikely event that the coffee you ordered is out of stock, we’ll get our team to roast it up fresh for you and book it in for the following day. In this case, we’ll always give you a buzz to let you know what’s happening with your order.

Can I track my order?

You sure can! If you included your email address while you were shopping, you will automatically get tracking notifications by email or head to auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and type in your tracking code.  

Orders returned to sender due to being unclaimed or incorrect delivery details may require additional shipping costs to resend. Please check your address is entered correctly before checking out - and keep an eye on your tracking number.  

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Please note that delivery times are subject to change and are not guaranteed. We endeavour to ship all parcels booked before 12pm the next morning.

Parcels are usually delivered in 2-10 business days, however, delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points.
