What began as a small, hole-in-the-wall café in Sydney’s Inner West quickly gained a loyal local following, driven by a focus on quality, consistency, and community. Over time, The Little Marionette has grown into one of Australia’s leading specialty coffee roasters, recognised nationally within the coffee industry for its craftsmanship and flavour-driven approach.
Today, The Little Marionette operates from its Rozelle roastery in Sydney, where every batch of coffee is carefully hand-roasted by an experienced team. Our philosophy is flavour first - we believe great coffee starts at origin. We source premium, traceable coffee beans from carefully selected farms and sustainable lots, working closely with ethical coffee growers and suppliers who share our commitment to environmental responsibility and fair practices.
