If you received coffee that was not as per your order (eg wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it as quickly as possible. Please let us know via info@lilm.com.au.
If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we will exchange, refund, or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance). For applicable returns, please contact info@lilm.com.au with your name, purchase order, and reason for the return.
Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to The Little Marionette, 26D Mansfield Street, Rozelle NSW 2039. Goods must be returned in their packaging.
Repairs & Servicing
Shipping costs for repairs under warranty are not included. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to The Little Marionette.
Labour costs for repairs may not be covered under some warranties.
Repair services are charged at a minimum of $59.95 (ex GST) per product.
The customer is liable for all costs associated with servicing equipment that is out of warranty. These costs include postage, labour, and parts.
Prior to any repairs being carried out, the customer will be advised of final service costs. Servicing will not be finalised until these service costs have been approved by the customer. If any additional issues arise during testing, the customer will be advised of amended costs. Servicing will not proceed until this amended service cost has been approved by the customer.
For all repairs, please allow up to 12 business days for completion.
A product will be deemed repaired/serviced, once it is operating within a manufacturing tolerance.
The Little Marionette shall not be responsible for any damages incurred or goods lost during transport to and from our warehouse. This includes all returns, repairs, and servicing, whether under warranty or out of warranty.
