Hipolito's journey into coffee farming began at age 17 when his godfather gifted him 25 coffee plants, sparking a lifelong commitment to the craft. Today he oversees the growth of approximately 2800 coffee trees, carefully tending to varieties such as Parainema, Catuai, IH90 and Lempira.
With a focus on quality and tradition, Hipolito follows precise cultivation and harvesting techniques to ensure the best possible yield. His dedication to the land inherited from his parents continues to drive him forward, preserving both his family's legacy and Honduras' reputation for exceptional coffee.
