Macchiato
Double Ristretto with a dash of
microfoam / textured milk

Long Macchiato
Double Espresso on equal parts hot water
in a w/ dash of microfoam / textured milk

Piccolo
Double Ristretto with textured milk to
the top of a 90ml glass including no more
than 1cm microfoam

Latte
An Espresso in a 190 – 220ml glass,
textured milk and no more than
1.5cm of microfoam

Flat White
An Espresso in a 190 – 220ml cup
topped with textured milk with no more
than 1cm microfoam

Cappuccino
An Espresso in a cup, chocolate powder
on top of shot, textured milk with
1 – 2cm microfoam.

Long Black
Cup filled with 3/4 hot water –
pulled from the group head.
Rest a double ristretto on top.
Serve immediately.

Mocha
An Espresso and equal amount of
chocolate in a 190 – 220ml glass,
textured milk and no more than
1.5cm of microfoam
